Dear Supervisors:

The regular meeting of the Habitat Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on November 17, 2020 at 4 PM at the Bella Terra Clubhouse on 20070 Bella Terra Blvd. in Estero, Florida.  The Agenda is included in Section 3 and a few points of interest are as follows:

  • The meeting will begin with the swearing in of recently elected Supervisors and consideration of a resolution to reorganize the Board per the Florida requirements after an election affecting the Board
  • Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from October 20, 2020, the current field management report, and a link to the Estero community reports and online meetings; the financial reports for October have been sent under separate cover
  • The irrigation contractor will discuss water use control strategies and update on the valve replacement project
  • The Chair will update on the emergency egress/ingress project, the multiuse path along Corkscrew, and various property transfer considerations
  • The Field Manager will provide updates on the storm water system inspection, the clock tower door replacement, Cypress Tree planting, FPL lightpole numbering, pump station meter upgrade, and all the repainting/restriping projects
  • There will be further discussion on clocktower tile cleaning and the installation of speed cushions in multiple locations
