The regular meeting of the Habitat Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on January 19, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Bella Terra Clubhouse on 20070 Bella Terra Blvd. in Estero, Florida.  The meeting will also be accessible via webconference at:

The Agenda is on the next page and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the draft regular meeting minutes from December 15, 2020, the current field management report, and a link to the Estero community reports and online meetings; the financial reports for December have been sent under separate cover
• The irrigation contractor will update on the valve replacement project and address the watering zones review for possible addition of zones
• The Chair will update on the emergency access road, the village and county Limited Development Order status, and has presented a document summarizing the entrance gate / vehicle access options to reduce entry congestion to the Bella Terra community
• The District Manager will update on the new Board laptop/tablet acquisition and discuss use of official Board email accounts
• The Field Manager will provide updates on the storm water system inspection including the inspection results and two cleaning proposals, FPL light pole numbering and head replacement, and an updated proposal for speed hump installation including two proposals for speed hump signage for Board review
• The Engineer will update on the swale behind Torre del Lago and the Attorney will address liability issues regarding unlicensed drivers/vehicles in the BT community
• Some discussion items include clocktower retiling/cleaning, new street light in Villas I, Master HOA Phase II landscaping upgrades, Guardhouse condition concerns, Passarella Phase 4 proposal and more
