1.1 General.

(1) The Habitat Community Development District (the “District”) was created pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, to provide for the ownership, operation, maintenance, and provision of various capital facilities and services within its jurisdiction. The purpose of these rules (the “Rules”) is to describe the general operations of the District.

(2) Definitions located within any section of these Rules shall be applicable within all other sections, unless specifically stated to the contrary.
