The Habitat Community Development District Request For Proposals Opening Meeting was held at Premier District Management, 3820 Colonial Blvd., Suite 101, Fort Myers, Florida and also via web conference on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

The following is a summary of the actions taken at the Habitat Community Development District Board of Supervisors Meeting.
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. Compliance Manager Melissa Gindling called attendance. Supervisor Matthew Elliott was present, along with Compliance Manager Melissa Gindling, District Manager Calvin Teague, and Assistant District Manager Megan Wolff. Chair Larry Roth attended online.
SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS District Manager
A. Announce and Open Submitted Proposals, Company, and Price
Compliance Manager Gindling announced that one proposal was received from Hoover for the irrigation pump station project. The proposal pricing was $987,249.25 with bond and $944,736.11 without bond. She noted the proposal was received prior to the submission deadline and will be evaluated for completeness and compliance with the RFP requirements before being provided to the Board for review and consideration.
